But that didn’t stop him from venturing into real estate, thanks to his love for living in the hills and his passion for creating sustainable living spaces.

Adithya Roongta, an avid reader and nature lover comes from a background of producing specialised wood panels & veneering. As the founder & partner at Rudra Globals, he has a background in consulting, contracting and vendor representation in government sectors such as Indian Railways, Defence etc.
Our Vision
Together they formed Rudraa Realty to develop bespoke summer and vacation homes for families in the hills. Both Sandeep and Adithya felt strongly about the way properties were developed in places of unspoilt beauty, especially in the Western Ghats. They wanted to preserve the delicate balance of the ecosystem here and create living spaces that merge beautifully with their surroundings.
They decided to create a unique new offering to fulfil their clients' requirements of a luxurious property fitted with all the possible amenities and features that leaves a minimal footprint on the natural surroundings. Thus they developed the novel concept of Cabin Living, which gives you a luxurious lifestyle while always respecting nature and leaving a minimal footprint wherever possible.
